MARCIN MUśNICKI

Marcin has built his reputation as a specialist in family, criminal and property law. He is frequently quoted as an authority by significant national media such as the economic and legal daily newspapers Rzeczpospolita and Gazeta Prawna, as well as being invited to provide commentary on national TV.
 
Day to day, Marcin deals with business consulting, negotiations and the representation clients throughout court proceedings, specialising in more complex and demanding cases advising both domestic and foreign entities in addition to representing individuals. Marcin is also recognised as a franchise expert in the retail automotive fuels sector, including car washes and fuel station management.
 
Marcin is a graduate of both the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the Stock Exchange School of the Warsaw School of Economics, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and proud to be a retained lawyer of criminal law of the prestigious Warsaw law firm, Wardyński i Wspólnicy.

Kamila Muśnicka

Since 2010, Kamila has represented Muśnicki Adwokaci I Radcowie Prawni in successfully supporting clients involved in business and commerce with comprehensive and ongoing corporate services, with particular emphasis on state owned enterprises. Kamila is the firm’s leading authority on matters concerning labour, economic and civil law as well as bringing her extensive experience to bear in the performance of disclosure obligations and obligations resulting from the principles of corporate governance. Additionally, Kamila works closely with the biotechnology industry, focusing on aspects of pharmaceutical law and Life Science.

Kamila is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, a Certified Compliance Officer and a member of Warsaw Bar Association, where she sits on the Council of the Bar.

Katarzyna Wysiadecka

ADVOCATE


Member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Entered the list of attorneys in 2013.Graduate of the Higher School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw. She gained knowledge and experience, among others, in the Law Office of the late Advocate Tadeusz de Virion, as well as by cooperating with foreign Law Offices. She completed postgraduate studies in International Law and Foreign Service at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Katarzyna specialises in criminal law, criminal executive law and criminal procedural law. She feels perfectly comfortable in the courtroom defending clients accused of the most serious crimes, she also conducts family law cases and has experience in drafting complaints to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasburg and representing clients in proceedings before the Court. She approaches each problem individually and with commitment, choosing the best solutions for the Client. She is not afraid of difficult and demanding cases and is characterised by reliability in the performance of entrusted tasks. Traveling and horse riding are her main passions.

Agata Niewiadomska-Buczyłko

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Gained professional experience in prestigious law firms. The attorney’s Agata Niewiadomska-Buczyłko main areas of activity are related to criminal law, penal fiscal and enforcement proceedings as well as family law. She specializes in organized crime and has many years of experience in handling family law related cases. Provides consultancy, runs negotiations and represents clients in court proceedings. Every case she runs is approached with great commitment, as she strongly believes that client’s satisfaction and well-being is the most important part of her professional work .

Łukasz Ostrowski

Advocate


Graduate of the University of Warsaw. A member of the Warsaw Bar Association. In his professional practice, he focuses on civil law and business law. He also provides legal assistance in the area of criminal law, as a counsel and as an attorney for victims. He gained experience in this area during his legal training under the auspices of advocate Prof. Dr. Piotr Kruszyński. As an advocate, he is experienced in handling property, compensation, commercial, labour and criminal law cases. He speaks English. He is also involved in social activities and is pro bono involved in the activities of the tenants’ movement, especially in cases of former factory flats.

PATRYCJA CYBULSKA

ATTORNEY TRAINEE


Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. Attorney trainee at the Bar Association in Warsaw. During her studies, she completed specialisation in criminal law and labour law, while she gained experience in one of the law firms in Gdynia. In her actions, she demonstrates inquisitiveness and reliability. Both in her professional and private life, she values the ability to listen to the interlocutor and understand their emotions and needs. She is fluent in English.

Elwira Walendowicz

OFFICE MANAGER


A graduate of the University of Public Administration in Białystok. She gained experience in renowned law firms and legal advisors’ offices in Warsaw. She coordinates work of the office, creates, implements and controls the implementation of short-, medium- and long-term plans, creates the law firm’s strategy. She is responsible for preparing all reports, letters and analyses. She likes traveling and sports, especially handball.

Joanna Adamiec

ASSISTANT


Graduate of Polish Philology at the University of Warsaw, specializing in Philology for the media. A media critic by proffesion, associated with radio and press journalism. She has many years of professional experience in the legal industry acquired in Law Firms, a Notary Office and in the District Court in Skierniewice in the Family and Juvenile, Criminal and Commercial Departments. Creating, proofreading and editing texts is her passion. Takes care of the office in current matters.
