CRIMINAL LAW

Since 2010, we have represented suspects and victims in court proceedings throughout the country. Such cCases are entrusted only to lawyers with many years of experience. We represent clients in courts of all instances and in the Supreme Court.

We represent with both suspects, accused persons and victims. In cooperation with the client, we provide support, with:

  • defence of suspects and those accused of committing prohibited acts, at each stage of preparatory proceedings (investigation), throughout court proceedings – to enforcement;

    •  

  • representation of victims of crime, as well as legal representation as an auxiliary or private prosecutor in criminal proceedings;

    •  

  • preparation of private and indictments against subsidiaries;

    •  

  • handling cases in the field of petty offenses and criminal fiscal law;
     

  • representing clients in matters related to enforcement proceedings. We represent clients in penitentiary courts in cases relating to interruption and deferral of the execution of a sentence, as well as in proceedings relating to conditional early release from of serving a sentence.

We approach each case individually, knowing how stressful it is for the client to go through the criminal process itself. Many years of experience allow us to prepare an individual path route and adopt an appropriate strategy to achieve the best possible result. Our clients may be public persons who want to remain anonymous, therefore discretion, integrity and trust are the key values on which the engagement is based.
